Products, prices and orders

We aim to describe products, availability and prices accurately. Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store; any shipping charge is displayed before payment. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it for processing, subject to availability and payment verification. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid.

Fulfilment and delivery

Products are fulfilled and dispatched by suppliers in China. Processing and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
