Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Dispatch origin and delivery estimate

Products are fulfilled and dispatched by our suppliers in China. Estimated delivery to Singapore is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customs checks, carrier disruption, severe weather or an incomplete address may cause delays.

Shipping charges and tracking

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take several days to update after dispatch.

Address changes and delayed orders

Check your delivery address carefully before paying. Contact us immediately if it needs to be corrected; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an order is outside the estimated delivery window, email info@geokhoonsingapore.com with your order number.
